Elkins to Restart Street Sweeping April 20

To Reduce Infection Risk, Schedules Will Not be Delivered

Elkins, W. Va., April 15, 2020: The City of Elkins street sweeper will start making its daily rounds again on Monday, April 20. In the past, city workers have hand-delivered street-sweeping schedules to homes and businesses in the city. This year, to reduce infection risk during the COVID-19 pandemic, schedules will not be hand delivered. Instead, they may be downloaded on the city website at: www. bit.ly/ElkinsStreetSweeper.
