How to Pay Utility Bills and Municipal Court Fines During City Hall Closure
Elkins City Hall remains closed to the public in accordance with federal recommendations to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

To pay utility bills, there are two options:
- Use our online payment portal (no service charge; AmEx not accepted)
- Drop payments in the metal dropbox behind city hall
Municipal Court payments may also be dropped in the dropbox.
