Last Thursday, Elkins City Clerk Jessica Sutton presented to council a study of recreation and tourism development opportunities along the Tygart Valley River waterfront in Elkins. 12/7-8: 4th Street Closures

On Wednesday (12/7), Fourth Street will be closed to traffic and parking between Railroad and Davis. On Thursday, this block of Fourth will have only one lane of traffic. Please watch for flaggers. Mountaineer Gas is performing work.
