Last Thursday, Elkins City Clerk Jessica Sutton presented to council a study of recreation and tourism development opportunities along the Tygart Valley River waterfront in Elkins. Byran Shockey, City of Elkins Sanitation Worker, Killed in Off-Duty Accident
Shockey joined the sanitation department in 2015 Elkins W. Va., April 7, 2020: Byran Shockey, a loader for the City of Elkins Sanitation Department, was killed in an off-duty accident on Saturday. He had worked for the department since 2015.
