Building Permits Are Being Issued Despite City Hall Closure

The City of Elkins Building Inspector is accepting and reviewing applications for building permits during the state of emergency and city hall closure.

Building permit applications may be downloaded here. Completed forms may be emailed or faxed to the building inspector. (Although applications can also be mailed, processing may be delayed.) If you don’t have access to email or fax, please call the building inspector and leave a message requesting other arrangements.
