Multiple city officials and staff members will attend the annual conference of the West Virginia Municipal League (WVML) Wednesday-Friday in Morgantown. The municipal league is an advocacy organization for West Virginia cities, and its conferences feature educational presentations on new laws and issues affecting the state’s cities.
